Data Analyst – United States (Remote)
Description

Raftr is currently seeking a Data Analyst to help us better understand our users, competitors, and our market, and to build powerful analytics tools for our customers. As a Data Analyst at Raftr, you will come to understand our user retention curves, make recommendations on how to remove blockers, implement data collections, analyze data using statistical techniques, and acquire data from multiple sources and interpret it in ways that are accurate, actionable and compelling.

The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in all aspects of data analytics, including data mining and data visualization. Additionally, you should be able to present findings in a clear and concise manner using modern tools and practices. Qualified candidates will have previous experience working with many data sources spread across multiple database analysis platforms, and using analytics software to help us tell our story, grow our platform, and provide actionable insights to our customers.

Responsibilities

-Research and report on industry trends, competitors, and market landscape, with the ability to make data-backed recommendations for market opportunities.

-Work with our Product Managers to standardize and productize a set of actionable, meaningful insights for our customers and internal users.

-Work with our Business Ops team to develop metrics and a dashboard across all of our customer implementations.

-Through the use of analytical tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) and MixPanel, develop a deep understanding of our user personas and how they navigate and use our platform, so that we can make more informed product and marketing decisions that increase engagement and retention.

-Perform market research and analyze customer feedback.

-Create and maintain a set of KPIs that will help us gauge the performance of our products.

-Provide data-driven recommendations on product delivery and packaging strategies.

-Generate reports and presentations on results findings, including interpretation of those results and highlighting key insights.

-Monitor product KPIs and leverage data to forecast future performance.

-Manage customer-facing data platform with laser focus on creating actionable insights for our customers that match their goals and needs.

-Working with the Product team, look for ways to leverage data to enhance and extend our product offerings.

-Work closely with the Product team on our customer insights roadmap.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics preferred.

-3+ years experience as a data analyst.

-Experience with analytic platforms such as Data Studio/Looker Studio, Big Query, and Mixpanel.

-Demonstrated analytic skills, including data mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization.

-Technical experience in relevant areas, such as writing data queries, configuring reports, and extracting data for presentation.

-Strong data extraction and manipulation skills using tools such as SQL and Excel

-Ability to connect seemingly disparate data to provide holistic insights for customers and products.

-Motivated self-starter who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments with lots of freedom and responsibility.

-Proficiency with technology and systems; ability to quickly learn new techniques and processes and effectively train colleagues on these items.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required; comfort with large-scale presentations is required.

-Experience with B2B markets preferred.

-Ability to initiate tasks and work independently in a remote environment.

Account Executive, Political Advocacy Nonprofits
Description

As an Account Executive at Raftr, you will join a passionate team of fully remote employees and play a critical role in helping political, advocacy organizations, and nonprofits realize the power of belonging. You are a passionate, collaborative and entrepreneurial sales professional who will play a key role in accelerating Raftr’s revenue growth by sourcing and closing deals in a territory of membership market organizations.

Responsibilities

– Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas by finding, facilitating, and closing mid to large-sized new business opportunities in your assigned accounts.

– Effectively prospect and generate leads via cold outreach, with support from demand generation.

– Effectively facilitate sound discovery throughout the sales process to understand mission critical business goals of future clients and clearly articulate how Raftr can uniquely solve them.

– Effectively facilitate engaging product demonstrations and use creative approaches to drive and close complex deals.  

– Work collaboratively with Raftr’s Sales Leadership, fellow Account Executives, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure a great customer experience.

– Represent Raftr in the highest regard and sell the full suite of Raftr’s solutions.

Qualifications

– You have 3+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions, preferably in the non-profit sector (Unions, Advocacy and Political Organizations).

– You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual targets.

– You have the sales skills, including the ability to drive & close large/complex deals, prospect effectively, and run the full sales cycle (including cold calling/emailing, demos, discovery, solution presentation, negotiation and close).

– You have business level written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and creative-problem solving abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, organizational and operational skills.

– You have experience in working within an early stage, high growth startup environment.

– You have an entrepreneurial drive and comfort working as part of a team in an often rapidly changing environment. 

– You have a strong ability to interpret and apply coaching quickly.
