Raftr Support: April 7 Product Update

Raftr publishes app and web updates every two weeks, adding new features, improving existing functions, and providing housekeeping and bug fixes as they arise. Here’s the latest summary of updates from this week’s new platform updates:

Android:

  • Added on-boarding tutorials for new people creating accounts
  • Updated the Events feed to default to showing events for rafts you’re a member of
  • Introduced the ability for communities to allow people to be authenticated via codes
  • Some fixes like the post-as feature for ProUsers working more seamlessly with files attached to posts and enabling more options for editing recurring events

iOS:

  • Added on-boarding tutorials for new people creating accounts
  • Updated View Only banner to allow quick access between communities
  • Updated the Events feed to default to showing events for rafts you’re a member of
  • Introduced the ability for communities to allow people to be authenticated via codes
  • Some fixes like the post-as feature for ProUsers working more seamlessly with files attached to posts and not zooming from another galaxy to location on list post when opening single locations from list

Web:

  • Added on-boarding tutorials for new people creating accounts
  • Introduced the ability for communities to allow people to be authenticated via codes
  • Added option for raft admin to include a note when pinning posts to their rafts
  • Enabled text formatting for the notes on items in list posts
  • Some fixes like the post-as feature for ProUsers working more seamlessly with files attached to posts and the text formatting bar kept closer to formatted text
