About the Role

We are a startup seeking a full-time Associate Product Manager. You will work closely with our product and development teams to create, specify, and build new features and expand our existing product. This role is fully remote, so you can work anywhere you want.

Responsibilities
  • Possess a passion for new technologies, focused on mobile applications
  • Love working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Work closely with product and design team to maintain roadmap and document requirements for the development team
  • Demonstrate an understanding of agile software development processes
  • Demonstrate good communication skills, including clear and appropriate documentation
  • Be resourceful and dependable
  • Act as a main point of contact for development team to clarify specifications and requirements during all stages of the product development cycle
  • Have strong user empathy and ability to balance the needs of end users and stakeholders
  • Perform competitive analysis and user research to contribute to product strategies and ideation
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years product management or product development experience with a proven record of successfully delivering a robust product pipeline, or equivalent academic experience
  • Demonstrated success in a remote working environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-effort, dynamic work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and listening skills with the ability to present information to a variety of audiences, including technical and non-technical
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a cross-functional team environment 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational/project management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
